Here is my ‘Throwback Friday’ poem I posted on “Go Dog Go Cafe” today ..
Todayβs poem is one I origanally wrote in the Autumn of 2018, and here I have made a few word changes, but without altering the calm aura of the momentβ¦



A Writers Aviary (Revised)
A cool autumn morn
Another new dawn
I am refreshed, I am alive
I roll myself over
Onto my tummy
Elbows on my pillow
The curtains are open
Gazing out the window
Through the leaves and red flowers
Of my red Bougainvillea
My courtyardβs looking homely
A bower scenery
My beautiful fernery
Full of natureβs greenery
I am feeling cosy and dreamy
Comfy in my writerβs aviary
