Good news today !! My scans and tests results from yesterday, came back negative. My Doctor said I could go home, and I’m allowed to start driving again, and I’ve “officially” been given the all-clear to fly to America, New York, and Philadelphia…. The best news I’ve received for 5 months.. Yeah.. and I’m a happy and relieved Ivor. Hopefully, for my next few months, there’s clear a sky and smooth flying.
Time To Think
I’m thinking of time and space
Or am I thinking of time in space
Time
a second
an hour
a light-year
Space
could be infinite
Or a void
inside your head
The head controls your body
To walk
in your space
Your space
where you belong
You belong
a part of the human race
Right or wrong
We live our life
on this place
From the moment we are born
Until the clock chimes
your time to die
Leaving a void of empty space
And we drop out of the race
Becoming a soul of eternal grace

Well here l am in hospital again. For today’s Weekly Word Prompt, the prompt word is : Fairness – please click to view the Weekly Word Prompt site. And as far as I am concerned, in all fairness, I could not have been treated any better than during my stay here in Geelong hospital.
I’m no stranger to this land
The old hourglass sand
Is drifting past my hand
I’m no stranger to this room
Time has me back here too soon
I’ve not yet been on my trip to the
moon
I’m no stranger to this road
Time has me carrying destiny’s load
I wait here for answers from the time-machine’s secret code
I’m no stranger to this front door
Time has me healing, for my home chores
Here they’re all kind, saying hello and, goodbye Ivor

Hi Dear readers, just to let you know, I’m in hospital tonight, I had a bad afternoon, and they advised me to come into hospital. My Cat Scans were good, but keeping me here 2- 3 days under observation. Fortunately I’ll be ok 😊🙄
Resting on my pillow in the backyard willow
Under last year’s girlfriend’s bed-throw
Midnight’s gone, and I cannot sleep
I keep wanting to have a peep
I’m dreaming a vortex of dreams
The boiling kettle’s bursting with steam
I’m throwing out the fungus and cream
Empty coathangers, and the old fur coat beams
Politicians verbal shit in flowing upstream
Truth and lies tear at their trouser seams
Cancerous rhymes attack my open veins
It’s a dark cloudy night outside, who’s there to see the rain
The awakening dawn has no talking moon
And the morning sunshine needs a spoon
Daylight saving has begun too soon
My running shoes have walked out of the bedroom

Over mountains, into a distant sky
Blazing hues of African butterflies
Sparkling reflections of our last goodbye
Did you see my yesterday rainbow
She’s ruby red, yellow and blue
The heavenly ring, in everyone’s view
Above you, a perfect archway
Behind you, a forever shining sun-ray
Around you, a golden halo everyday

When I’m listening to my heart cheer
Sometimes, I turn a deaf ear
Reality hits, there was nothing to fear
Her frozen heartbeat was crystal clear

Oh baby, I’m tired of watching
You drive my car
The wheels are on fire
Beyond the grip of my sweaty palms
Whenever, is my burn-out time due
Behind the old steering wheel
Before I finally run-out of fuel
Driving on my road, with no rear-vision view
A new license to live, and be beside you
I’m sorry, I’ve not been to see you, I’ll be there soon

Hello dear readers. For the readers who have been following my blogs for a while, you would know I am an avid fan of Xavier Rudd. Today in the Geelong newspaper’s weekend magazine they had a feature article about Xavier Rudd. So I’ve scanned the story and associated pictures, for you to have a read, if you wish.

And here is incredible classic song “Spirit Bird”…. yes, we’re seen it all before….

Haiku
The Forest
Tunnel grows wider
Walking out of the forest
The light glows brighter
“All The World Is Green”
The face forgives the mirror
The worm forgives the plow
The questions begs the answer
Can you forgive me somehow?
Maybe when our story’s over
We’ll go where it’s always spring
The band is playing our song again
And all the world is green
Pretend that you owe me nothing
And all the world is green
We can bring back the old days again
And all the world is green
The moon is yellow silver
Oh, the things that summer brings
It’s a love you’d kill for
And all the world is green
He is balancing a diamond
On a blade of grass
The dew will settle on our graves
When all the world is green

We would all like to achieve our goals
Waiting there in the light, of our journey’s tunnel
Today I’m stepping closer towards my light
I’m taking a long walk to my favourite Cafe
I’ve not been able to walk there for five months
Where did those hungry days go
Stolen by time in the hospital
Time taken and over-used, resting and recovering
And many hard hours of rehab time, trying to get fit
I hope you are all loudly barracking for me
This a testing walk today
The walk will be the farthest I’ve gone during my comeback
I’ve got new rocking shoes on
And here I go !! Yeah. Cheers from the crowd
Phew !! I’m here, I made it !! More Cheers
Now I’ll rest, I’m half way
Enjoy these beautiful country surroundings
I’ll have to shoo the magpie off my coffee and cake
While I’m relaxing here, and thinking of what I’ve achieved.
The emergency ambulance wasn’t needed
I don’t have to ring for a taxi home
My shoes and feet are feeling strong and powerful, maybe
Enough recuperating time, off again, the walk back
To walk out of the agistment farm, and homeward bound
Yeah !! Did I hear the supporting crowd, clap and roar !!
