Hiding in my cave
Cowering in fright
In the middle of the day
I fall into night
Hoping, am I allowed to stay
If I hide out of sight
Under blankets, like a suffering stowaway
Fleeing the pounding light

Sometimes, we all, need those moments, to hide, to not get found, to stay in our own darkness for a short while…

You are healing more every day. What’s that quote, “I can’t stop the downpour but I can stand with you in the rain.” Or better yet, dance! *hugs* and good vibes and healing thoughts your way, Ivor. β₯.

It is good to withdraw from the world to find solace within ourself. The coolness, peace from a subdued room is very healing. Take care
