Springtime
Time does not stop flying
There will always be birds in the sky
Clouds do not stop rolling in
The rain shall keep tumbling down
Grass continues to turn green
The seasonβs butterflies rejoice
And as the βTom Waitsβ song decrees
βYou Can Never Hold Back Springβ

What a lovely poem, Ivor, and Iβve always enjoyed this video. Nature seems to have held back most of summer in my neck of the woods. And before we know it autumn will be upon us. π

Wishing you and Sir Frankie a beautiful spring…and may spring live in your hearts all year ’round no matter which season it is outdoors.
I love that in nature spring follows winter and it’s challenges. Hope! Joy! π

Divine, dear Ivor! I love your verse, Tom’s song, Frankie and Springtime! There’s some talk here of abolishing Daylight Saving Time next year. I love the longer days and more hours of light. Fingers crossed that doesn’t come to fruition. ππ»πΆππ€πΌπ
