Monty, The White Knight

I’m Doggie minding again. This time I’m looking after the gorgeous Monty, for friends Martin and Jacqui. He’s a bundle of joy, no trouble and a pleasure to have here.

He’s a White Knight

Sleeps like a log all-night

Silently guarding the house

Quiet as a mouse

Yes ! he’s taken over my bed

Beside me at the bed-head

Listening to Leonard Cohen

As if he’s always known

He has a long waggy tail

With a curly coat, his warm veil

A round friendly face

Eye’s that plead for your embrace

      2. Yes he’s a super dog, super sniffer, super licker, and super friendly. I’ll take him for a walk soon, to my lovely Moorabool Valley Chocolate Cafe, where we can sit outside in the patio area. It’s a lovely day here. How are you going Gina, hope you’re not working too hard. xx

      3. I am envying your lovely cafe, view and company! long days here Ivor, work is extremely busy and I am squeezing in moments to read and write, not very good. I do have a longer break coming up year end but that is still along way off. its lovely weather for me, rain, rain and more rain but not everyone likes the gloom like i do! you have the best day Ivor, hope you meet lots of lovely people to chat and share your warmth and magic with. hugs to you and Monty!

    1. We’re back from our walkies, we walked past a couple of horse agisting paddocks, Monty was hilarious, I don’t think he’s ever seen a horse before, and he wanted to desperately go and say hello to this extra big dog !!

      2. Kati Ran are from the Netherlands, a Scandinavian band, that play spiritual music from the old Viking days, and and yes the wolf could well be a Siberian Husky. 😊
