G'day, and welcome to my blog site. My name is Ivor Steven, I live in Geelong, Australia. I'm an ex-industrial chemist, and a retired plumber, and a former Carer of my wife(Carole), for 30 years, who suffered from severe MS. I Write poetry about those personal thoughts, throughout and beyond my life as a Carer. I've been blogging for over 2 years, and writing poems for 19 years. Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems. I’m lucky, I can hang them under my verandah

lol my awning now faces east so even my steps are soaked … and no space to hang it in my 7 x 2.4 metre home!

I built my verandah to specifically cater for my outdoor area, it’s been a great addition….

He is! I’ve noticed in recent years he’s continued to do some acting, too. I saw him in two movies last year.

Hey! I know this is kind of off-topic but I had to ask.
Does operating a well-established blog like yours require a massive amount
work? I am completely new to blogging however I do write in my journal on a daily basis.
I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share my experience and feelings online.
Please let me know if you have any ideas or
tips for new aspiring bloggers. Appreciate it!
