G'day, and welcome to my blog site. My name is Ivor Steven, I live in Geelong, Australia. I'm an ex-industrial chemist, and a retired plumber, and a former Carer of my wife(Carole), for 30 years, who suffered from severe MS. I Write poetry about those personal thoughts, throughout and beyond my life as a Carer. I've been blogging for over 2 years, and writing poems for 19 years. Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems.

    1. Thank you dear Carolyn .. Kerri is an amazing person and I am honoured and proud to team up with her on our Tullawalla book … we have been family pals for years, but after meeting her in May 2019, our lovely bond has grown even stronger … haha .. if I sell enough books I shall go back and give the biggest lovingly hug of all time 🤗🌏💕
      Back is still very sore … Frankie wonderfully patient and being the bestest of company 🐶💕🤗🌏

Thank you Ryan.. she’s amazing … and influenced me to write the book, when I was visiting my relatives in Philadelphia 3 years ago .. we were having a chat at the kitchen table and she suggested I should put a book together from my many poems … if I produced a book, she said she would do the drawings for me, well with a handshake and a hug the deal was done, then the Tullawalla journey began 🤗🌏😊
