Clouds Are Down




Coldness hovers in foggy grey air

The sun’s dirty eye-wear

Icy winter ground

A crunchy grass sound

Blue skies await, clouds are down

There’s hope above, in her golden crown

Behind a cloudburst,
the sun awakens from hibernation
Cools off with the cold drops of rain
Plays with the hot flames of fire
Creates a rainbow talking on the arm,
talking on Behind a cloudburst,

Playing with my name I would like to look for

  3. So beautifully written. It starts off with a solemn mood and tone, but slowly turns to a more hopeful outlook. I love the meaning behind this piece, it is absolutely wonderful and inspiring. Excellent piece, I enjoyed reading it!

    1. Thank you Carolyn … They’ll be lots more reposts, while I am busy compiling my new poetry book … no cake today, I’m ging to Geelong Writers reading event … maybe tomorrow we’ll get to the Box Office Cafe … 🤗💛📒🍰🌞😀
