Winter Sun Lines
Two hours before midday
Under a clear and crisp blue sky
The drowsy winter sun
Feels moderately warm
To the chilly and dewy lawn
Despite, the obtrusive
And ignominious
Overhead power lines
Between, us here,
And the vexatious stare
Of our solar eyeβs
Laborious glare

It certainly was unique and quite evocative, like a fusion of classical/disco/techno beat. I liked it! π

I know just how you feel about powerlines. They have them in the game reserves …

A powerful poem! Sounds like you and Sir Frankie had a good walkie in the morning!
Sometimes on our walks, I just try to pretend all the power lines and poles and stuff aren’t there. π

I do too Carolyn, but I looked up the morning sun and there were those big black powerlines ππππΆππ

Love the abstract images and the very upbeat song. That music video is really cool.
