Leonardo Da Vinci, 500 Years of Genius

Today, I accompanied my friend Barb to Melbourne’s wonderful Lume Gallery to see the amazingly expansive exhibition of Leonardo Da Vinci’s unique and monumental display of his artistry, creativity, and ingenuity. Definitely, an opportunity that I was not going to miss out on, and I hope my photo/story conveys our fantastic experience of being mesmerized by the “Genius of Da Vinci”

G'day, and welcome to my blog site. My name is Ivor Steven, I live in Geelong, Australia. I'm an ex-industrial chemist, and a retired plumber, and a former Carer of my wife(Carole), for 30 years, who suffered from severe MS. Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems.

    1. I’m glad you enjoyed my photos Carolyn … it’s hard to explain how spectacular the exhibition was … we were awestruck by the whole magnificent presentation and we came away with a better understanding of the Genius of Leonardo Da Vinci 😊🌏😍🎶
