Gina, my internet pen friend, from Kaula Lumpur, is here with me in Geelong, to see one of Australia’s best authors, Tim Winton present his new book, “Juice,” at the Geelong Library’s Dome Auditorium on Thursday evening, and we are so looking the event.
In the meantime during Gina’s four-day stay here in Geelong, me and Frankie are her tourist guides …

G'day, and welcome to my blog site. My name is Ivor Steven, I live in Geelong, Australia. I'm an ex-industrial chemist, and a retired plumber, and a former Carer of my wife(Carole), for 30 years, who suffered from severe MS. I Write poetry about those personal thoughts, throughout and beyond my life as a Carer. I've been blogging for over 2 years, and writing poems for 19 years. Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems.

  1. Hi Gina!! So nice to see our dear Ivor with his penpal at Geelong. I’m very envious: you get to spend real live hands-on time with Frankie … and Ivor, of course! Dear Ivor, lovely pix and text; sadly the video didn’t play for me. πŸ€—πŸΆπŸ“šπŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸŒβœŒπŸΌπŸ’™
