As you might gather from my poem, I am feeling very “ragged around the edges” … I have been hectically busy preparing for the ‘Clunes Booktown’ Festival this weekend …





Am I The Pilot?



What motivates me?
To walk so many miles
Despite the aches and pains

What compels me?
To write every day
Despite my crusty old brain

What drives me?
Over life’s valleys and mountains
Despite yesterday’s hard rain

Will I still be the pilot?
Of tomorrow’s mystery flight
Despite missing tonight’s plane

Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems.

  10. It’s this, unseen, but, present force in all of us, that keeps on, driving us on this, journey of our own, lives, and we will all, keep, journeying down our, individual, paths of, life, until, our time, expires.

    1. Again thank you very much for kind words and thoughts … my nature photos always inspire me 🌏😍 … l am thoroughly enjoying Amble’s music and lyrics at the moment … which seem to be enhancing the mood of my poems 🎶📘😍🌏📖🐶💕
