A Mother’s Sacred Shroud



There is a narrow blue causeway
Below the evening’s wintry clouds
And twilight’s golden sunbeams
Are reaching outward
Like a Mother’s sacred shroud

I am feeling humble and proud
That Mother Nature’s grand projector
Allowed me to witness silently
Her ceremonious celestial splendor

    1. Oh yes, Ray is one of best, his spellbinding soulful voice is amazingly infectious and captivating 🎶🎶💕😍📖 … they were extremely fortunate images, as those sort of sunbeam projections on the clouds only last a few minutes … and thank you for your kind words about my poem, Nancy 📖😍🌏

    1. Oh, I was so fortunate to capture those amazing images … such sunbeam projections only last a few minutes (like rainbows) … and of course, Ray’s amazing song, seemed so appropriate for my poem …. Thank you very much Carolyn 🤗😍🌏🐶🌞💕🎶
