Joey


Protected from the storms
And needing no land reforms
Inside and warm
Or outside with the other newborn

You live as you please
Snuggled away
From the winter freeze
Or out hopping around
In the dewy breeze
A mother’s spoiled burden
Inside her cozy playpen

    1. Thank you for your lovely words, Carolyn … my brother-in-law’s photos were wonderful and I course I had to write an appropriate poem, and ‘Joey’ was my first reaction… 🤗😍🌏💕🎶🦘🦘

    1. I had a luncheon with my sister and John on Sunday, and he showed me the pictures of the Kangaroos that were his front in the morning. I said they fantastic pic’s, and then he promptly sent them to me … 🦘🦘🦘😍🌏
