My Dragon, The Tetralogy: Part 4, My Dragon – Frozen In Time.

Today, Geelong Cereal published the fourth part of my dragon series, My Dragon, The Tetralogy: Part 4, My Dragon – Frozen In Time.
A heartfelt thank‑you to Mel, Geelong Cereal’s editor, whose care and encouragement helped bring this latest chapter to life.

Inspired by a photograph from Derrick Knight’s wonderful website, this dragon poem also appears in our collaborative book, Perceptions. Below is the image of the poem as published in Geelong Cereal magazine.

As my dragon remains suspended in time, this thoughtful song felt like a fitting companion for the journey.

G'day, and welcome to my blog site. My name is Ivor Steven, I live in Geelong, Australia. I'm an ex-industrial chemist, and a retired plumber, and a former Carer of my wife(Carole), for 30 years, who suffered from severe MS. I Write poetry about those personal thoughts, throughout and beyond my life as a Carer. I've been blogging for over 2 years, and writing poems for 19 years. Of course a lot of my poems are about my favourite subject Carole, but since I've been blogging my writings have become quite varied, humourous, mystical, observational, and even a few monster/horror poems.

    1. Thank you for all of your lovely words about my dragon poems, and the series has been very popular my friend, but no one has asked me what is my dragons name! … maybe “Errol” , from Terry Pratchell’s whimical novel, “Guards, Guards” 🐉💚🥰🌏
